I am 43 years old and last year I found myself overweight and extremely out of shape due to inactivity. I have never liked to exercise but knew I had to change my ways. I began following a sensible weight loss plan last March and gradually added in exercise. Although I did lose quite a bit of weight doing it alone, I had hit a plateau with my weight loss, endurance, energy level, etc. I began looking online for spinning classes, thinking this was a good way to rev up my metabolism, when I stumbled upon your boot camp web page. I was intrigued! I had jokingly told my husband for years I wished I could join the military just for the boot camp experience, so when I saw there was an actual boot camp in my area I knew I had to try it. All I can say is WOW! Katie, our trainer, is amazing, the workouts were super intense, and after just one camp I feel better than I have in ages! I was so happy with my experience that two weeks into the camp I signed up for the platinum membership. I reasoned with my self that I could easily afford it if I just cut out eating out so much! The time is perfect for my schedule--what else would I be doing at 5:30 a.m. but sleeping? My doctor is amazed at how healthy I am and my hairdresser, who I have known for over 14 years, said I looked better than I have ever looked. Thank you David for this wonderful camp and thank you Katie for your awesome ability to push me harder than I could ever push myself. I can't wait to see what I look like at the end of the year after attending all of your camps!! I am now a certified exercise junkie!
